I started training with Sensei John and Luton Karate Kai back in 2000. As a young kid with ADHD my attention span wasn’t great, but with hard work, discipline and dedication I achieved my black belt at 15. After nearly 10 years out of the club I’ve recently got back in training, the club is still at a very high standard and a fun atmosphere to train in.
