The Luton Lunatics were once again honoured to welcome Sifu Rob Simpson to the dojo as their guest instructor. Rob is one of the world’s leading shaolin kung fu masters and his seminars always prove to be enlightening and a little frightening.
The seminar was four hours long again this year and we covered a number of locks, throws and escapes for the first half of the lesson.
In the second half we learned about how to attack with a knife and how to defend against knife attacks.
